Pre-Owned and Demo Equipment:

AED-SHOP's Pre-Owned or Demo equipment has either been utilized for "demo" purposes,  or traded in from current customers in an effort to upgrade or transition to new or different equipment. All of our equipment is outfitted with new pads and batteries and has never been used in a "real save" situation. In every case, this equipment is STILL under the original manufacure's warranty. All of these AED's are 2005 AHA guidlines compliant.

What is the difference between "Pre-Owned" and "Demo" Equipment?

Pre-Owned:The "Pre-Owned" medical equipment has previously been owned by another organization. Some organizations wish to upgrade the medical equipment (AED) they currently own. This allows AED-SHOP to offer the pre-owned medical equipment at a highly discounted price. The pre-owned medical equipment is in working order and has not been used.

Demo:The Demo medical equipment has never been used nor has it been owned by another organization.  The "Demo" medical equipment is used to show organizations what the purpose of an AED is and to show them a demonstration of how the medical equipment (AED) operates.

Warranty Information: The AEDs the AED-SHOP carries in our Pre-owned / Demo unit inventory have a minimum of a two (2) year warranty remaining under the original manufacturer of that particular unit. This warranty is based on the manufacturer's original "in-service" date or when that device was put into service. Some of the devices in inventory have up-to four (4) years of warranty remaining from the manufacture.
